Community Programs Intern

I am a health science major at Florida Gulf Coast University.

I have a passion for cultivating change in the youth and educating others on health topics. On my college campus, I have been involved in peer mentoring, leadership programs, research, and a recent member of SISTUHS INC!

I was exposed to yoga in elementary school, and it has always been a way for me to calm my mind, body, and spirit amid daily life. With all mindfulness practices, I would love to expose undermined communities to ways to address their overall wellness.

During my free time, I love traveling, enjoying nature, going to concerts, and making jewelry!
