Yoga has been part of my life for the past 10 years.
I received my 200 hour RYT in 2016 and have been teaching in Chicago and at the University of Illinois since then.
My favorite thing about yoga is that anyone can do it. I'm also a special education teacher in the Chicago Public Schools where I teach 6-8 grade students with significant disabilities.
Outside of yoga and work, I love to run, hike, ski, and take care of my houseplants!
