Refunds of Donations 

 

Woke Chicago is able to refund your donation via PayPal within sixty days of the original transaction. If you erroneously enter a donation, contact us immediately at info@wokechicago.org. Please allow 5-10 business days for the processing of your refund. Any handling charge assessed by our payment processor may be deducted from your refund.

 

You can also edit or cancel your recurring donation via your Supporter Dashboard in PayPal. If you need additional assistance to cancel or modify your recurring donation, please contact us at info@wokechicago.org.

 

Training and Event Registration Refunds

 

Refund policies for live events and training are set by each event host and/or program director. If you are unable to attend an event or training offered by a Woke Chicago Partner, please refer to the respective program’s refund policies.

 

Woke Chicago strives to offer high-quality training opportunities. If you find training is not as expected, please contact us at info@wokechicago.org so that we can evaluate your situation on an individual basis and identify an appropriate resolution.

 

Store Returns or Refunds 

 

Woke Chicago issues refunds for returned products using the same method of payment that was used for the original request. Credit card refunds will be issued within five business days of receipt of the returned items. Check refunds will be mailed within six to eight weeks of receipt. We are unable to apply for credit from returns to new donation requests at this time.
