Join Sarah Ford, founder & executive director, and the Woke Chicago team for a 60-minute slow-flow vinyasa class that kicks off with a guided meditation focusing on our inner flames. This practice uses visualization and manifestation techniques to help us examine our inner desires and dreams. This nurturing class will combine the beautiful qualities of slow-flow yoga with the calming benefits of restorative and yin postures. Sarah will intentionally guide you to move energy & open the body gently. Next, you'll fall into a state of deep relaxation with longer-held restorative and yin postures supported by props. These postures help to soften and stretch the muscles and rehydrate the connective tissues, inviting increased mobility and ease.

Class Level: This class is accessible for all levels.

After class, stick around and join us for a holiday toast & wait to see if you are one of the lucky winners of the raffle. You can increase your odds and purchase more raffle tickets during checkout!

100% of the class proceeds will be donated to continue access to mindfulness programs on the west & south sides of Chicago. Registered students will be entered into a drawing for some great prizes including 4 Lower Level White Sox Tickets, Lululemon Gear, Woke Chicago Mindfulness Gift Bag, and an Annual Meditation & Yoga Subscription from Chill Anywhere.

Woke Chicago is an initiative-based non-profit organization formed in response to continued racial injustice in America & COVID-19's impact on communities of color. Our work disrupts inequity in well-being by creating access to yoga, meditation, and self-care instruction within Chicago neighborhoods.
