Jenna Egan is an avid yogi based in Chicago. She received her 200-hour Teacher Training through Zen Yoga Garage in Bucktown and specializes in Vinyasa yoga. She has been practicing yoga consistently for 8 years and practiced dance and cheerleading growing up. She loves to teach fun flows that build heat and allow you to connect with your mind, body, and breath. She also loves to connect her Spotify playlists eloquently to her flowy sequences. Her favorite poses are warrior 3, crow, side plank, and standing splits.
